Orders placed after 12 PM (IST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped with tracking details, if applicable.

We use third-party courier services to ship all orders.
Shipping time may vary based on your location and the size of the order, for which we will keep updating you.
You can choose from standard or expedited shipping, where applicable.
Please note that while we partner with reputable courier services, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, including weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the order, etc
All shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location, festive time , elections , strikes , natural calamity etc etc. Standard shipping generally takes between 0 to 7 business days.
Expedited shipping options may be available for faster delivery.
Please be aware that once the order has been handed over to the third-party courier service, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
